Magnificent Jobs indexes 3.5M+ live US job postings pulled directly from company applicant-tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS and more), refreshed hourly. Semantic search means you describe the job in plain words. Everything here is read-only and needs no account or API key.

ChatGPT — plugin

Install Magnificent Jobs from the ChatGPT Plugins directory (or, in Developer mode, add the MCP server URL https://magnificentjobs.com/mcp, authentication: none). Then mention @Magnificent Jobs in a chat and describe the job you want. Tools: search_jobs, get_job, find_cities, list_states — all read-only.

Claude — MCP connector

Server URL: https://magnificentjobs.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no authentication).

In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL. Tools exposed:

`search_jobs`	Semantic search; optional city (10/30/50-mile radius), state, work-arrangement, experience and employment-type filters; paged.
`get_job`	Full description, apply link, salary, skills, benefits, employer info for one job.
`find_cities`	Cities that currently have jobs (typeahead), with counts.
`list_states`	Job counts per US state.

All tools are read-only (readOnlyHint: true).
